EQ1 Gives exists to provide funds and support to organizations and charities within the local community who require assistance to help people and families in need.

We aim to partner with our team of Realtors and network of real estate professionals to provide support to our selected charities: San Jose Animal Care Center, City Team, Bill Wilson Center, and a number of local high schools to provide scholarships to students. We are a registered 501(c)(3) organization.
